Hawkwood partners with a world-leading AI research and technology organisation to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its London team. This role will be pivotal in building world-class teams across Research Science and Research Engineering.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own end-to-end recruitment across highly specialised disciplines across EMEA, partnering with senior researchers and engineering leaders to understand requirements, develop talent

Qualifications

• In-house technical recruitment experience with end-to-end Hiring.
• Experience recruiting across scientific/technical disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment across highly specialised scientific and technical disciplines, predominantly across EMEA.
• Partner with senior researchers, scientists and engineering leaders to understand complex hiring requirements and develop talent strategies.
• Identify and engage exceptional global talent, using creative sourcing for niche searches, and manage sophisticated offer negotiations.
