Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Requirements Management Lead in Reading for a six-month contract. The role requires strong DOORS Next/Classic experience and a high level of UK security clearance, with a rate up to £100 per hour (Inside IR35).

You will translate engineering needs into effective requirements processes, workflows and toolchain integrations across MBSE, PLM and verification tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering or Computer Science.
• 8+ years in Requirements Engineering or Digital Engineering.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle, traceability and change management.
• Practical experience with DOORS Next and/or DOORS Classic.
• Experience on complex engineering programmes.

Responsabilités

• Capture user needs and develop digital requirements solutions.
• Define and improve requirements management processes.
• Configure and support DOORS Next and/or DOORS Classic.
• Establish requirements traceability and MBSE/PLM integration.
• Support tool integration, data exchange and solution deployment.
• Contribute to digital engineering governance and standards.
