Lead Systems Engineer required with experience in Work & Asset Management Systems, working for a reputable business in the North West, offering up to £72K + Bonus & Benefits.
Note: This role requires 3 days on-site per week, with occasional travel to other office locations. A full driving license is highly beneficial due to limited transport links.
As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will lead a team of 3, managing continuous change requests and configurations for an enterprise-scale Work and Asset Management System. Responsibilities include designing and implementing IT system changes, requiring deep technical knowledge and understanding of business processes.
Experience with Low Code Apps such as Power BI / Power Apps is advantageous.
Experience with other Asset Management Systems or Workforce Solutions is beneficial for adopting these tools. Candidates with backgrounds as Systems Engineers, Technical Business Analysts, Testers, Application Support, or Developers interested in requirements gathering and low code solutions are encouraged to apply.
This role involves a 50% focus on team leadership and stakeholder management, and 50% hands-on work in design and delivery of WAM IT Systems.
The environment is Agile; experience with Kanban and traditional methodologies, as well as understanding API-driven enterprise systems, will be helpful.
Core experience with Work & Asset Management Systems is essential, including stakeholder engagement, process definition, and ongoing delivery.
