Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer for a Bristol-based hybrid role within a major Royal Navy training and simulation programme. You will drive integration, testing and acceptance of complex systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with stakeholders to deliver capability into service.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of delivering complex systems from integration through deployment, with a defence or mission systems background.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex systems from integration and testing through to deployment.
• Defence, Naval, Maritime or Mission Systems background.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, testing and acceptance activities for complex systems.
