Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a hands-on Lead Systems Administrator to own and secure the Microsoft 365 and infrastructure stack across London sites. You will manage Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams, while leading two system administrators and coordinating with external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint and Teams
• Experience managing Windows and Android devices across multiple sites
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills, including working with external suppliers
• Experience with Microsoft security tools e.g. Defender
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, vulnerability management and data protection
• Experience leading or developing a small technical team

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems, devices and infrastructure supporting colleagues across offices and warehouses
• Manage cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint and Teams
• Oversee security: Defender, Purview, and cyber essentials certification and incident response
• Develop and improve processes through automation and documentation
• Act as technical escalation point and collaborate with senior stakeholders
