Boeing Defence UK seeks a Lead Safety Engineer - SCIS in the UK (Milton Keynes or Bristol)hybrid role. Lead safety activities for MoD information systems, develop safety artefacts, and drive hazard analysis with CASSANDRA tooling.

The candidate will manage safety plans, engage with customers and suppliers, and travel within the UK as required. Strong MoD policy experience and system safety expertise are essential.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable experience leading and developing Safety Assessments for MoD ground based systems and data.
• Experience applying MoD Safety Policy and Def Stan 00-056.
• Ability to lead planning of work and develop metrics to evaluate safety status.
• Experience developing Safety Cases for information systems and services.
• Strong communication, technical and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programme planning and safety activities.
• Plan safety scope and resources.
• Support bids and proposals.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Develop safety artefacts and documentation per MoD policy.
• Manage Hazard Identification and Analysis using CASSANDRA or similar tool.
• Create Safety Cases and Safety Case Reports.
• Lead customer and supplier safety meetings and chair Safety Working Groups.
• Travel within the UK as needed.
