Beeby Anderson Recruitment is seeking a Lead Sustainable Consultant for a privately owned building services consultancy in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team, shape sustainability strategy, and deliver on diverse projects across masterplans, residential, commercial schemes, hotels and medical centres.

The role requires expertise in BREEAM, SBEM, SAP and CIBSE TM52/54/59, plus strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering compliant, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainability standards and regulations.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of BREEAM, SBEM, SAP and CIBSE TM52, 54 and 59.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six on sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate between the sustainability team and SMT.
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies.
• Monitor progress toward sustainability goals.
• Integrate sustainability across project departments.
• Stay up to date with latest sustainability trends.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Communicate progress to clients.
