Job summary

RED is seeking a Sustainability Engineer/Consultant for London or Bicester, offering hybrid working. You will support LEED BD+C and BREEAM assessments, manage data analysis, and produce technical reports while liaising with multi-office teams.

The role requires degree-level engineering/environmental training and 12–18 months of sustainability delivery experience with external stakeholders. Familiarity with UK design and planning processes is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or environmental discipline is required.
• 12-18 months of experience delivering sustainability projects with external stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of LEED BD+C and BREEAM schemes.
• Proactive research to support sustainability initiatives and bids.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainability assignments under RIBA Green overlay with emphasis on LEED/BREEAM.
• Review data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offices and delegate tasks as needed.
• Assist with bids and tender preparation; support project deadlines.
