Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Lead Passive Fire Surveyor to cover Essex with travel. You will carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys, ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will produce high-quality survey reports, support pricing, manage RAMS, and maintain client relationships while promoting additional services. A strong background in ASFP/IFE level 2 or higher and hands-on fire protection experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in passive fire protection surveying.
• Hands-on experience installing fire protection systems.
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.
• Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing.
• Strong organisational and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Minimum ASFP / IFE level 2 or equivalent.
• Ideally 3+ years' experience within the firestopping industry.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
