Dimensions Ltd is seeking a Lead Support Worker in Ash Vale/Mytchet (GU16) to lead a small team and support five adults with learning disabilities. This full-time role blends hands-on care with leadership to help residents develop independence and choose meaningful activities.

You will coach colleagues, model best practice, and work with the locality management team to ensure high-quality, person-centred support in a warm home environment, with flexible shifts and ongoing training.

• Lead with empathy, confidence and a genuine desire to help people live the lives they choose.
• Coaching and mentoring of support workers to share good practice and build a positive team culture.
• Support five adults with learning disabilities through daily routines with person-centred care.
