Job summary

Creative Support is seeking an Acting Senior Support Worker to join our management team in Northfield, Birmingham. You will lead teams, organise rotas, conduct supervisions and arrange staff training to help people with learning disabilities live independently.

Care experience with learning disabilities and autism is essential. We provide ongoing training, Investors in People Gold status, a structured induction, a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days annual leave and enhanced DBS,

Qualifications

• Care experience with learning disabilities and autism is essential.
• Experience managing teams, rota planning, and supervising staff.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
