Qualifications

• Valid SPEN authorisations for substation work.
• SMSTS certification.
• Proven experience managing substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on substation projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain productivity
• Plan and monitor project schedules and milestones
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
• Liaise with project teams to resolve technical or operational issues
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
