Job summary

Linxon in Glasgow invites applications for a Lead Planner to drive scheduling for large substations EPC projects. You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules and ensure on-time delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams, define milestones and critical paths, and perform risk and delay analyses using Primavera P6 and related tools. Join a forward-looking energy engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in EPC projects, preferably in the energy or substation sectors.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Define milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction schedules into a master schedule.
• Perform delay analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Interface with clients and internal teams on planning matters.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis using Primavera Risk Analysis or similar.
