Overview

FourthRev is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Student Success Manager to innovate and excel across the learner journey for our expanding Career Accelerator portfolio. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can scale systems effectively, and has a careers-first approach to student success.

You will lead a high-performing team, overseeing the full learner journey—from onboarding to completion—with a focus on satisfaction, engagement, and career outcomes. Your work will influence our student support model and the philosophy behind FourthRev's transformative education approach.

Your Mission
  • Provide strategic leadership in designing and scaling the learner experience
  • Monitor student satisfaction and retention metrics
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and impact
  • Develop scalable models for new programmes and learner personas

This role ensures every learner feels supported, empowered, and equipped to achieve meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do
  1. Own and Drive the Careers-First Learner Journey Strategy
  2. Champion Learner Outcomes, Satisfaction, and Metrics
  3. Drive Innovation and Operational Excellence in New Programme Launches
  4. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Student Success Team
  5. Manage and refine systems to enhance student support operations
  6. Build team capability aligned with evolving models and learner needs
  7. Deliver impactful learner journeys across all Career Accelerators
  8. Collaborate with Product teams to align support with programme design
  9. Develop learner-facing assets, content, and community initiatives
  10. Define and track OKRs/KPIs related to satisfaction, retention, and outcomes
  11. Analyze learner data to inform improvements
  12. Lead reporting and accountability across teams
  13. Design timely interventions to address learner blockers
  14. Oversee success strategies for new programme launches
  15. Build readiness frameworks for launches and learner personas
  16. Establish feedback loops for service improvement
  17. Create templates, playbooks, and scalable infrastructure for rollout
Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience in student success leadership within EdTech or Higher Education
  • Expertise in learner journey design, community building, and service delivery
  • Experience handling sensitive cases with confidentiality and empathy
  • Proven success in developing scalable student support systems
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage risk and lead through ambiguity
  • Passion for student success and career outcomes
Desirable
  • Experience with postgraduate or mid-career professionals
