Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an Associate or Supervising Associate to join its Funds Finance team in Bristol on a hybrid basis. You will work on capital call and NAV facilities for a range of fund clients, lenders and sponsors, gaining exposure to complex financing structures.

Applicants should have 1-5 years' PQE at an international or leading regional firm, strong drafting skills, and a commercial, client-focused approach. The role offers a market leading platform and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' PQE gained at an international or leading regional firm.
• Experience across capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest facilities.
• Understanding of fund structures and partnership documentation.
• Strong drafting skills and excellent academics.
• Ability to work effectively in a friendly, collegiate team.
• Strong client focus and interest in business development.

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders and sponsors on funds finance facilities and structures.
• Work across a broad range of funds financing transactions and asset classes.
• Collaborate with colleagues in finance, funds and regulatory teams to provide commercially focused advice.
