Job summary

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Supervising Associate or Managing Associate (4+ PQE) to join our Structured Finance & Derivatives practice in London or Bristol. You will work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border structured products matters for leading financial institutions and asset managers.

You will own significant workstreams and mentor junior lawyers while collaborating across regulatory and markets teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ PQE in structured products or structured finance.
• Experience advising investment banks, asset managers or financial institutions.
• Strong technical and transaction management skills with client ownership.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of significant transaction workstreams and client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with Financial Markets and Capital Markets teams on complex matters.
