Job summary

Strata Consulting is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to join the Exeter office and lead their structural engineering portfolio. You will drive project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, compliant designs.

With a minimum of eight years’ UK consultancy experience, Chartered status with IStructE or ICE, and a strong command of Tekla (3D design) and Revit, you will shape technical strategy and client relationships while

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years' experience with a UK structural engineering consultancy.
• Confident with 3D design (including Tekla); Revit would be advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered with IStructE or ICE.
