Job summary

We Are Zenith is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to provide technical leadership across design, analysis, and compliance for complex engineered products. You will guide projects from concept through manufacture and ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, and driving rigorous analysis and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in subsea engineering, offshore products, or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong background in structural analysis, stress calculations, and design verification.
• Proven experience leading engineering projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of engineering governance, design control processes, and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and engineering requirements.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and engineering software tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
