Job summary

RSE is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its in-house Design team on a permanent basis in the United Kingdom. You will lead projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and current regulatory standards, while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering, experience with structural steelwork and Finite Element Analysis, and knowledge of BS/Eurocodes. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience with analyses of structures for stress/deflection (hand calculations and FEA).
• Knowledge of design codes and standards (BS/Eurocodes) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Client and stakeholders across the business.
• Produce preliminary and detailed designs.
• Compile design specifications.
• Compile reports and communicate design data to the client and others.
• Comply with company quality assurance procedures.
• Complete required deliverables within allocated project time scales.
