Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Engineering with a Structural Analysis background.
• Proficient in Static analysis processes, methods, and toolsets (ISAMI, GISEH, FEA).
• Understanding of aircraft structural layouts, loading, and mechanics of materials.
• Lead Static Stress Engineers: Sign-off capability or plan to achieve quickly.
• Ability to influence decisions within a dynamic, strategic network.

Responsibilities

• Perform, approve, or authorise static structural deliverables ensuring safety and certification standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges and improve manufacturing quality and efficiency.
• Define and manage technical project scopes, guiding engineers and suppliers as liaison to Technical Authorities.
• Lead or support initiatives to integrate automated workflows and optimisation tools into development lifecycle.
• Foster technical growth and leadership within the team; collaborate with stakeholders at a strategic level.
