Job summary

On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to join its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and help launch and operate On's first store in Korea.

In this fast-paced role you will deliver exceptional customer service, mentor a small team, and uphold On's values of movement, hospitality, and detail in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consumer-facing or retail roles, preferably with supervisory duties.
• Background in Running, Fashion or Sports is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently or in a team.
• Eye for maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and readiness for the unexpected.

Your story

• 2+ years of experience within a consumer-facing or retail work environment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred, but not a must
• Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team
• Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and / or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning system) is preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
