Job summary

On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store invites a Lead Store Advisor to help launch its first store in Korea. You will deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting and guide the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail, strong communication, and a flair for visual merchandising; ERP exposure is a plus. You will join a dynamic team and embody On's values as you help shape the store's launch and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consumer-facing or retail roles, preferably supervisory.
• Background in Running, Fashion or Sports is preferred.
• Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to take initiative and work independently and in a team.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to the unexpected.

This is your opportunity to become a core part of On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and assist in the successful launch and ongoing operations of On's first store in Korea. As a Lead Store Advisor, your passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive work environment for our team will be a core part of driving On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) approach. On will rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every customer while embodying On's core values and passion for movement.

• 2+ years of experience within a consumer-facing or retail work environment, preferably in a supervisory role


• Background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred, but not a must


• Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team


• Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and / or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning system) is preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
