Job summary

ON is seeking a retail professional to join its Direct-to-Consumer team and help open the Beijing World Trade Center store. You will deliver exceptional customer service while embodying ON's movement culture and values.

The role requires 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, plus strong communication, hospitality, and merchandising skills. A passion for running is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Background in running, fashion or sports is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and in a team.
• Eye for store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Maintain store ambience, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in daily store operations and team coordination.
• Support store opening/closing tasks and be proactive in issues.
• Participate in company events and community runs when possible.

Your story

• 3+ year of experience within a retail work environment; +1 year in supervisory role
• A background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred but not a must
• Strong communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team
• Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ability to run regularly and attend marathon/half marathon events is a strong plus but not a core requirement
