Job summary

• Must have Early Help experience
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Autonomous, able to work within a multi-agency network

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and create SMART plans for children, young people and families
• Deliver and review bespoke interventions aligned to individual needs
• Coordinate multi-agency activity to promote children's welfare
• Manage a mixed caseload across children, families and professionals
• Apply restorative practice principles: accessibility, neutrality, voluntarism, restoration, safety, respect
