Job summary

Upham Inns is seeking a Sous or Junior Sous Chef to join our growing family of premium pubs across Southern England. You will lead kitchen operations, train junior chefs, and uphold high food quality and presentation in a cosy pub setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Sous/junior Sous chef.
• Excellent culinary and presentation skills.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Be able to food order, stock control and correct storage of food stocks.
• Maintain and manage the required high operational and personal standard of hygiene and presentation within the team at all times.
• Comply with all Food safety, fire, Health and safety, licensing and employment laws.
• Be a strong Leader, with the ability to train, Coach and develop junior chefs.
