Qualifications

• Sous chef experience in busy service environments.
• Ability to lead sections and support the pass.
• Strong focus on quality, presentation and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead busy services, run sections and support the pass.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Coach and develop junior chefs.
• Support menu development, tastings and dish costing.
• Help manage stock, food costs, portion control and waste.
• Work closely with the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef and front-of-house team.
• Help create a positive, organised and professional kitchen.
