The Botanist Newcastle is seeking a Sous Chef to join their kitchen leadership team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional food and fostering a positive kitchen culture.

The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, leadership experience, and a passion for teamwork. You will support the Head Chef in maintaining high food standards while coaching team members and ensuring a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for leadership and teamwork.
