Job summary

The Botanist in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading busy kitchen operations at The Botanist Albert Dock. You will uphold high standards of food quality, lead by example, and help develop the kitchen team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring strong culinary skills, leadership and teamwork, with prior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills with leadership and teamwork.
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
