Job summary

The Botanist Cardiff is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation. You will coach and develop the kitchen team, manage stock and costs, ensure food safety, and help create a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture.

As a key part of the kitchen leadership, you will lead by example, drive service excellence, and help ensure every shift delivers memorable dining experiences with teamwork and care.
