Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter in premium or luxury hospitality venues.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• High grooming standards, punctuality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, with a strong understanding of the menu.
• Engage warmly with guests, responding to needs and building rapport.
• Support the Section Leader in running the section efficiently.
• Confidently use the point-of-sale system to process orders and payments correctly.
• Ensure your section is clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
• Be proactive in resolving issues and communicating with management.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards in line with company policies.
