Job summary

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa in Gloucestershire is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, guiding and mentoring your brigade to deliver food to the highest standard. You will ensure dishes from the pass are to spec, with attention to quality, presentation and cost control, in a hotel environment that values guest experience and team development.

Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in hotel/high-volume operations is preferred, with knowledge of GP, stock

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hotel kitchen team and maintaining high standards.
• Strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costs and wastage.
• Hotel or high-volume kitchen background preferred.
