IMG Studios is seeking an experienced Sound Guarantee professional to support the Lead Sound Guarantee and broader Sound team. You will ensure high‑quality audio across live productions, advise on workflows, and undertake project work including system design and installation.

This permanent, on‑site role at Stockley Park, near Uxbridge, may require weekend hours and varying shifts to cover productions across time zones. Excellent collaboration and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience guaranteeing sound for live productions (OB exp advantageous).
• Experience in remote production and intercom operation.
• Proficiency with AOIP, AES/EBU, MADI and related networking.
• Familiarity with audio consoles (Lawo/Calrec/Yamaha) and wireless mics/IEMs.

Responsabilités

• Setup and guarantee live productions across studio and remote setups.
• Coordinate audio workflows between production teams and clients.
• Escalate sound issues to core technical teams and ensure infrastructure is operational.
• Plan, install and upgrade audio systems and document workflows.
