Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales and drive revenue growth through advanced solution design and strategic customer engagement.

You will design customized solutions using Sprinklr's AI-powered Unified-CXM platform, lead pre-sales activities, and guide customers on data architecture and cloud deployments. Travel up to 40% and stay local to key regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and CCaaS environments.
• 5+ years designing solutions within CCaaS platforms.
• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions for martech and social platforms.
• Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9).
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Proven thought leadership through publishing, speaking, or industry engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and present customized solutions using Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into customer environments.
• Showcase advanced automation solutions, including agentic AI and AI-powered workflows.
• Architect scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions, and provide strategic guidance on data architecture and API integrations.
