The MC B2B SE acts as a trusted advisor, delivering memorable customer experiences while demonstrating the business value of our solutions to diverse audiences.
The MC B2B Solution Engineer is part of the UKI Sales team, providing technological and industry expertise to customers and partners by designing, packaging, and demonstrating innovative solutions that address key business challenges and help meet critical metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, product, and industry specialists to plan and execute sales campaigns, from technical discovery to closing deals.
- Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to ensure proposed solutions meet customer success criteria, solve business challenges, and provide a clear path to return on investment.
- Present and demonstrate technical solutions passionately, understanding and addressing business challenges to maximize customer value.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences, including during sales cycles and Salesforce events like World Tour and Dreamforce.
- Partner with Salesforce product management to understand solutions and roadmaps, advise on sales strategies, and advocate for key features based on customer feedback.
- Create scalable, reusable, and relevant enablement assets to accelerate adoption among customers, partners, and sales teams.
- Articulate the return on investment of Marketing & AI solutions to business and IT partners.
- Stay informed about the latest innovations in customer experience management solutions.
- Share successes and learnings internally to maximize engagement impact.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Implementation roles.
- B2B Marketing experience.
- Knowledge in Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, AI, or B2B industries such as Manufacturing, Technology, or Professional Services.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working independently or across dynamic teams.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation skills that inspire change.
- Passionate about storytelling and creating impactful presentation content.
Additional (Optional) Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or Customer Data Platforms.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Knowledge of AI topics such as Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Vector Databases, RAG, Agentic AI, and Agents.
- Experience in post-sales implementations.
