Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Team Leader Solution Engineer within Enterprise Services to guide a skilled team of client-facing developers delivering programming and best practice consultation for Bloomberg's Enterprise Data products.

You will lead client engagements, collaborate with sales and service delivery, and drive adoption of digital transformation and data integration initiatives while mentoring engineers to address highly technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong client facing experience; able to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Development leadership experience mentoring highly technical team members.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple technical streams and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Engineers delivering programming and best practice consultations.
• Drive client engagements and third-tier technical support for complex issues.
• Collaborate with sales, account managers and service delivery to onboard clients.
• Identify ideas to improve product performance and implement from concept to delivery.
• Build relationships with senior client technologists at executive level.
