ACCELERATED PEOPLE MANAGEMENT LTD in Manchester is seeking an experienced Lead Solar Electrician to oversee installations across Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pump projects. The role includes a company vehicle, a salary of £48,000–£55,000, a fuel card, ongoing training and progression into supervisory/management positions.

You will lead electrical installations across renewable technologies, perform inverter connections and heat pump wiring, and ensure high-quality workmanship as

Qualifications

• Proven electrical installation experience with strong hands-on knowledge of Solar PV and Battery Storage systems.
• Experience with Air Source Heat Pump wiring desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 18th Edition, with testing qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading electrical installations across Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pump projects
• Carrying out inverter connections, battery installations, heat pump wiring and associated electrical works
• Completing electrical testing, fault finding and commissioning to ensure installations meet the required standards
• Taking ownership of installations, maintaining high-quality workmanship and supporting other engineers as the team expands

With increasing demand for Solar PV, Battery Storage and Heat Pump solutions, they are now looking for an experienced electrician who wants to take ownership of installations, develop their technical expertise and grow alongside a business with ambitious plans for expansion.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently and the ambition to progress into a supervisory position
