Job summary

We are seeking a Testing Group Leader to supervise Software Testing Analysts, oversee testing deliverables and align with SDLC standards.

You will implement testing methodologies, drive tool and process improvements, and support team members in defining testing strategies and quality risk assessments, while ensuring

Qualifications

Third-level qualification in Computer Science or a related field, or extensive relevant experience.
Experience with change management tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS.
Background in web-based, interactive voice response, and client-server projects.
Ability to design test strategies and adopt new test tools and technologies.
Knowledge of supply chain management and regulatory requirements (GxP).

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Software Testing Analysts and Senior Analysts, and manage scheduling and status reporting.
Implement formal testing methodologies and pursue department improvements.
Define testing strategies and quality risk assessments; ensure SDLC compliance.
Undertake project-specific duties of a Senior Software Testing Analyst when required.
