Job summary

The Almac Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technical Solutions to lead the UK Technical Solutions function and oversee delivery of client-facing production systems with a focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

You will develop teams, manage resources, support recruitment and workforce planning, and partner with senior leaders to ensure regulatory processes are implemented and customer service excellence is achieved in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in computer science or information technology.
• Significant experience of software development.
• Significant experience managing software development or IT projects.
• Understanding of both waterfall and agile SDLC disciplines.
• Understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 as it relates to software development.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and people leadership across the UK Technical Solutions function.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality client-facing production systems.
• Lead and develop teams, manage resources and capacity, oversee project delivery and risk.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning.
