Job summary

Almac Group in Loughborough is seeking a Testing Group Leader to supervise software testing analysts, manage schedules, and ensure quality across test deliverables. You will drive testing methodologies, risk assessments, and SDLC compliance within a regulated environment.

The role requires strong technical testing expertise, experience with Azure DevOps or TFS, and knowledge of web-based, IVR, and client-server projects.

Qualifications

• Requires third-level qualification in Computer Science or related field or extensive relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with change management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADOS) or TFS.
• Solid background in web-based, interactive voice response, and client-server projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Software Testing Analysts and Senior Software Testing Analysts and identify training needs.
• Oversee resource scheduling, report project status, and ensure test deliverables meet timelines and quality.
• Implement formal testing methodologies and drive improvements in tools and processes.
• Develop testing strategies and quality risk assessments while ensuring SDLC compliance.
• Perform project-specific responsibilities of a Senior Software Testing Analyst as required.
