Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Lead Software Test Engineer in Warwick. You will lead a testing team across mobile apps, embedded software and backend services, performing manual and automated testing to ensure quality across products.

The role focuses on iOS/Android apps, web interfaces and REST APIs, with collaboration across developers and QA to deliver robust solutions. Hybrid work with onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Software Tester.
• Experience testing iOS and Android mobile applications for functionality, usability, UI and performance.
• Experience testing web applications and user interfaces/UI/UX.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across mobile apps, including feature, regression and stress testing.
• Test embedded code, web applications and REST APIs.
• Create and execute automated unit tests and contribute to test strategies and methodologies.
• Document testing results and investigate defects with developers to deliver high-quality products.
