Searchability is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Warwick. You will head development across a portfolio of projects, using C# and .NET Core to deliver high-quality software with a strong focus on standards and performance.

You’ll have led small teams, mentored developers, and collaborated with Directors. The role offers hybrid working (2 days on-site in Warwick), a salary of £70,000–£80,000, and the chance to influence technical direction in a tight-knit Microsoft stack team.

Qualifications

• Led software projects and small development teams.
• Strong commercial C# and .NET Core expertise.
• Solid SQL Server and Entity Framework experience.
• Blazor front-end experience is a big plus.
• Self-motivated with passion for quality software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development across projects from requirements to delivery.
• Set and champion technical standards and best practices.
• Mentor developers to maintain quality.
• Own source control, build and branching standards.
• Resolve production issues and complex technical problems.
