Job summary

Arrows is a technology consultancy partnering with scale-ups, SMEs, and enterprise organisations to accelerate business value, speed, and quality of delivery. We embed senior engineers, stand up dedicated teams, or advise on architecture, hiring, and scaling strategy.

The right candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ship web applications in a fast-paced environment, and work across stacks including .NET Core, Node.js, Python, Java/Kotlin, with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams, ideally cross-functional across more than one organisation.
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• Full-stack comfort, with a stronger lean toward either front or back end.
• Experience building microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements for well-known tech organisations and brands across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with clients to lift capability and culture from within teams.
• Architect and implement scalable web applications and microservices.
• Advise on architecture, hiring, and scaling strategy.
