Arrows is a technology consultancy partnering with scale-ups, SMEs, and enterprise organisations to accelerate business value, speed, and quality of delivery. You will lead technical teams and help clients ship and maintain web applications in fast-paced, iterative environments.

The work spans multiple sectors with ongoing engagements and opportunities to grow alongside excellent engineers. Stack exposure includes .NET Core, Node.js, Python, Java/Kotlin, Kubernetes, Terraform, React and AWS

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross-functional across multiple organisations
• Strong ability to ship and maintain web applications in fast-paced, iterative settings
• Full-stack capability with emphasis on either frontend or backend
• Hands-on experience building microservices on container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Solid experience with a major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements across multiple tech organisations and brands
• Collaborate with senior engineers to lift capability and culture within client teams
• Architect, plan and oversee delivery of web applications and microservices
• Mentor engineers and ensure quality, security, and performance standards
• Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement across projects
