Key Responsibilities

• Join as a senior engineer to learn the tech stack, then step into a leadership role to manage a team of about 8 engineers across disciplines.
• Manage project timelines, troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and set technical direction.
• Mentor team members, collaborate with product and design teams, and improve testing frameworks.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance team capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years in object-oriented programming, especially Python.
• At least 2 years leading teams as a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead.
