We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. The role involves leading development initiatives, working with Terraform and Azure, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The position requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable C# / .NET Core services to meet business needs.
• Lead and mentor development team members, promoting best practices in coding and architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and manage cloud resources on Azure.
• Ensure application security, resilience, and performance standards are met.
• Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines, leveraging Azure DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and team discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:
