Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or Java for backend development.
• Understanding of AI concepts and practical application.
• Experience with distributed systems architecture.
• Ability to design and optimize data models and data structures.
• Experience integrating Claude AI or similar advanced AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of backend systems using Python or Java.
• Build and enhance distributed indexing and search infrastructure for source code intelligence.
• Develop multi-language semantic and AST analysis capabilities.
• Create interfaces for AI agents to query and validate code.
• Apply AI techniques to enable large-scale code search, vulnerability discovery, and SDLC automation.
• Streamline engineering processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including Claude AI capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in development workflows and foster an inclusive and innovative team culture.
