Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced programming in Python.

• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, resiliency, and security practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (cloud, AI/ML, mobile).
• Practical cloud-native experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted software development tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions through design, development, and troubleshooting to break down complex problems.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation and improve operational stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and teams to assess designs and architecture.
• Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive adoption of new technologies.
• Contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
• Promote enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and outcomes.
