JPMorganChase in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer in Post Tech Technology – Margin and Collateral Services. You will drive critical technology solutions across multiple areas, collaborating with diverse teams to enhance, deliver, and secure scalable products.

Responsibilities include designing secure production code, mentoring teams, and leading architectural evaluations, while promoting new technologies and a culture of inclusion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building enterprise, high-availability software.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, React JS, Python).
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Skilled in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Proficiency in cloud-native architectures and practices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsabilités

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review code written by others.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams.
