You’ll shape platforms, tooling, and systems that support broader development initiatives, while mentoring engineers and championing Agile practices within a collaborative culture. This key role balances hands-on leadership with strategic delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering scalable, high-performance software.
• Strong grasp of architectural principles for modular, secure systems.
• Proven ability to influence software architecture and drive clean, reusable designs.
• Hands-on coding in one or more of Python, Java, C++, Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing software engineering team with technical direction.
• Guide architectural decisions for modular, reliable, secure solutions.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and quality delivery.
