Qualifications

• Strong experience in .NET/C#, Python or TypeScript.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering work across teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into implementable software solutions with your team.
• Ensure high quality design, balancing technical debt and delivery speed.
• Lead significant pieces of work, clarify requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Write and maintain high quality software and mentor other engineers.
• Contribute to defining technical strategy with the group architect.
